Helen is a highly experienced nursing professional with over 40 years of service in the public healthcare system, specialising in elderly care. Throughout her career, she has provided high-quality, compassionate care to vulnerable populations, particularly elderly patients with complex health needs. Helen is based in the Mullinavat and surrounding areas. At Cos Nua foot health Helen can treat a wide range of foot issues including nail cutting and shaping, ingrown toe nails, verruca's and topical infections. We specialise in foot health for the elderly and diabetics.

In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Helen is a qualified Nursing Manager and holds a postgraduate qualification in General Foot Care. This specialised training has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to manage a range of foot health issues, with a particular focus on diabetic and elderly patients.

Her passion for improving the health and quality of life of her patients led her to establish Cos Nua Foot Care Services, where she combines her nursing expertise with a deep understanding of the unique needs of her clients.
